Venmo is a cash sending app popular amongst young adults. Madisyn Rainwater and I designed a series of print ads and two non-prints ads for a Venmo campaign. Our campaign uses humor to compares people who do not use Venmo cards to the trading barter system. We used a modern, trendy color palate with minimalistic doodles that appeal to young adults. Our non-print ads feature a redesign of Venmo’s cards and delivery packaging along with gifs that can be sent to friends on payments in the app.
